HCA UK Primary Care is seeking an experienced Senior Receptionist to join our private GP patient facility in London. You will lead a professional front desk team, greet private patients, and manage the end-to-end private patient journey with discretion and warmth.

You will support private GP services, maintain confidential records, handle billing, and coordinate appointments, ensuring a seamless and welcoming patient experience in a fast-paced, luxury environment.

Competenze

• Front-of-house or receptionist experience required in health centre or luxury service environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills essential.
• Discretion and professionalism required for VIP private patients.
• Accurate record-keeping and confidentiality are mandatory.

Mansioni

• Meet and greet private patients with warmth and discretion.
• Act as first point of contact for private GP appointments.
• Oversee end-to-end private patient experience and communications.
• Maintain patient records with confidentiality and accuracy.
• Support referrals and liaise with clinicians and departments.
