Job summary

G2 Legal Limited is helping an Oxford law firm recruit a Senior Associate Private Client Solicitor to manage a varied caseload in Wills, Trusts and Probate.

Based in Oxfordshire with hybrid working, the role targets 8+ years PQE, working with high-net-worth clients and providing strategic estate planning and LPAs advice.

The successful candidate will build strong client relationships, contribute to department growth, and benefit from a discretionary bonus and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years' PQE in Private Client law.
• Strong technical knowledge across Wills, Trusts and Probate.
• STEP qualification or progress towards STEP is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Draft Wills and advise on trusts, succession planning and asset protection.
• Manage probate and estate administration matters.
• Advise on LPAs and inheritance tax planning.
• Build strong client relationships and contribute to the growth of the department.
• Work collaboratively within an experienced, supportive team.
