Job summary

We are seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive to join a boutique private practice with offices across Hertfordshire and Buckinghamshire. You will manage your own caseload and take on new enquiries from the firm's other departments, handling non-contentious matters in Wills, Trusts and Probate, including LPAs.

The position is Senior Associate level, with 3–6 years PQE or 8+ PQE welcomed.

Qualifications

• Experience in private client matters, Wills, Trusts and Probate.
• Ability to meet clients and discuss non-contentious matters.
• Demonstrated client care and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Deputise for the department manager when absent.
• Handle probate and estate administration tax matters.
• Attend networking events and represent the firm.
• Write content for the firm's website when requested.
