G2 Legal Limited, on behalf of a respected Legal 500 law firm, seeks a Senior Associate to lead the Wills, Trusts & Probate team in Tunbridge Wells. Hybrid and flexible working is on offer to support a commercial, client-focused practice.

You will manage high-value private client work, mentor junior colleagues and help drive growth while delivering outstanding service to a discerning clientele.

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor with significant Private Client experience.
• Strong knowledge of wills, probate, trusts and tax planning.
• Experience handling complex estate administration matters.
• Ability to manage own caseload with minimal supervision.
• Committed to delivering outstanding client service.
• Interested in mentoring junior team members.
• Commercially minded with a proactive approach to business development.

Responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload including wills, trusts and probate matters.
• Oversee high-value estates and complex estate administration.
• Provide technical support to colleagues and contribute to BD activities.
• Build strong long-term relationships with clients and professional contacts.
• Mentor and develop junior team members as part of a growing department.
• Assist with business development and contribute to firm growth.
