Realm Recruit is recruiting a Senior Private Client Solicitor for its Oxford office. You will advise high-net-worth clients on sophisticated Private Wealth matters, collaborating with Partners and tax/trust specialists.

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor with substantial Private Client experience.
• Strong practical experience of trusts and private client tax matters.
• Understanding of inheritance tax, lifetime gifting and estate planning.
• Experience advising high-net-worth clients and awareness of CGT and income tax considerations.
• Mentoring junior colleagues and willingness to develop technical expertise.

Responsibilities

• Managing a varied caseload of high-value Private Wealth matters.
• Advising on trusts, inheritance tax and estate planning.
• Supporting lifetime gifting and succession planning strategies.
• Considering CGT and income tax implications.
• Working alongside tax and trust specialists.
• Building lasting relationships with high-net-worth clients.
• Delivering exceptional client service.
• Contributing to shared departmental targets.
• Developing technical expertise and areas of specialism.
• Mentoring junior colleagues where appropriate.
• Supporting the firm's collaborative culture.
