Realm Recruit is seeking a Private Client Solicitor to join its Birmingham team. You will handle high‑quality Private Wealth matters for high-net-worth clients, working with experienced Partners and specialist tax and trust colleagues.

Qualifications

• Strong technical expertise in private client matters.
• Solid experience with trusts and private client tax.
• In-depth knowledge of inheritance tax and lifetime gifting.

Responsibilities

• Advising high‑net‑worth clients on Private Wealth matters.
• Handling complex trusts and tax planning work.
• Advising on inheritance tax and lifetime gifting.
• Supporting succession and estate planning strategies.
• Considering CGT and income tax implications.
• Working with specialist tax and trust colleagues.
• Managing sophisticated client relationships.
• Delivering exceptional client care.
• Contributing to team targets.
• Mentoring junior colleagues where appropriate.
