• Strong experience in private wealth, estates and trusts.
• Confident advising on tax and succession planning.
• Commercial mindset with enthusiasm for business development.
• Strong client relationship and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex private client matters including estates, trusts and tax planning.
• Advise high net worth individuals and families.
• Handle high-value and complex estate administration.
• Build and develop your own client base and referrer network.
• Work closely with senior colleagues on strategic growth plans.
• Play a key role in developing the private client offering.
• Support and mentor junior lawyers.
• Drive business development and profile-raising activity.
