• 3+ years PQE in Private Client law within a UK practice.
• Strong grounding in elderly care law and private client work.
• Proven ability to meet fee targets and drive business development.

Responsibilities

• Manage a varied Private Client caseload from instruction to completion with focus on elderly care law.
• Draft wills, lasting powers of attorney, probate and estate administration.
• Engage in business development and contribute to department growth.
