Job summary

Elite Personnel is recruiting on behalf of a reputable regional law firm to hire a Private Client Lawyer with a minimum of 4 years' PQE. The firm, based in North Birmingham, is known for long-standing client relationships and high-quality legal services, offering an established caseload and a supportive team.

You will advise on wills, estates and probate, trust creation and administration, and inheritance tax planning, handling a diverse portfolio with sensitivity.

Qualifications

• Qualified solicitor with a minimum of 4 years' PQE in Private Client law.
• Strong technical knowledge across all areas of private client practice.
• Compassionate and professional approach with excellent client care skills.
• Ability to manage a busy and varied caseload independently.

Responsibilities

• Advising on and drafting wills, powers of attorney, and estate planning strategies.
• Administering estates and handling probate matters.
• Trust creation and administration.
• Inheritance tax and succession planning.
• Managing relationships with high-net-worth individuals and vulnerable clients.
• Supporting business development and community engagement activities.
