Job summary

enable Legal Recruitment Specialists is seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join its London-based team. You will manage an independent caseload for individuals, families and high-net-worth clients with five to ten years’ PQE, offering expert wills, trusts and tax planning with autonomy and direct client contact.

The firm is a regional Legal 500 practice with multidisciplinary capability across private client, property, corporate and dispute resolution.

Qualifications

• Qualified solicitor in England and Wales with 5–10 years’ PQE.
• Strong experience in non-contentious private client law.
• Experience handling high-value or complex estates.

Responsibilities

• Manage an independent caseload of private client matters from instruction to conclusion.
• Advise on wills, estate planning, trusts and tax considerations.
• Administer estates of varying value and complexity, including probate.
• Prepare probate applications and inheritance tax documentation.
• Draft wills, trusts and powers of attorney.
• Identify tax, succession and capacity issues and provide practical advice.
• Develop long-term client relationships and work with professional advisers.
• Collaborate with colleagues across departments and support business development.
