Job summary

TSR Legal in Birmingham is seeking a Senior Associate Private Client to join an established team. You will handle a varied caseload, offering wills, trusts, estate planning and powers of attorney advice, with a focus on client relationships and commercial awareness.

The ideal candidate will be a qualified solicitor with 4+ PQE, strong technical knowledge across wills, trusts, estate administration and estate planning, and the ability to manage matters from instruction to completion in a hybrid

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor with 4+ PQE.
• Strong knowledge across Wills, Trusts, Estate Planning, Powers of Attorney and Estate Administration.
• Ability to manage a caseload independently from instruction through to completion.
• Commercial awareness and business development.

Responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload of private client matters, providing clear, practical and commercially aware advice.
• Draft Wills and advise on succession planning, ensuring clients' wishes and individual circumstances are carefully considered.
• Advise on Trusts and estate planning arrangements, helping clients plan for the future and protect their assets.
• Prepare and advise on Lasting Powers of Attorney and related matters.
• Oversee estate administration, supporting executors and beneficiaries throughout the process.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, delivering a consistent and high standard of service.
