Realm Recruit is working with a leading national law firm in Birmingham to recruit a Private Client Associate or Senior Associate. You’ll inherit an established caseload of complex estate administration, estate planning and trusts, and work with Legal 500-recognised specialists across offices.

The role requires 4–8 years’ PQE, strong Private Client knowledge and the ability to manage complex matters independently.

Qualifications

• Qualified Private Client Solicitor with 4-8 years' PQE (E).
• Strong estate administration experience.
• Excellent technical Private Client knowledge.
• Ability to manage complex matters independently.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Commitment to outstanding client service.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Collaborative approach and sound professional judgement.
• Experience handling complex trusts and estate planning.
• Experience delegating to or mentoring junior lawyers.
