Job summary

Elite Personnel is recruiting on behalf of a reputable regional law firm to hire a Private Client Lawyer with a minimum of 4 years' PQE. The firm, based in North Birmingham, is known for long-standing client relationships and high-quality legal services, offering an established caseload and a supportive team.

You will advise on wills, estates and probate, trust creation and administration, and inheritance tax planning, handling a diverse portfolio with sensitivity.

Qualifications

• Qualified solicitor with a minimum of 4 years' PQE in Private Client law.
• Strong technical knowledge across all areas of private client practice.
• Compassionate and professional approach with excellent client care skills.
• Ability to manage a busy and varied caseload independently.

Responsibilities

Are you a skilled Private Client Lawyer with a minimum of 4 years' PQE, looking to join a supportive and forward-thinking law firm? We are working with a respected legal practice in North Birmingham known for its long-standing client relationships and high-quality legal services, to recruit an experienced individual to join their Private Client department.

This is a fantastic opportunity to take on an established caseload and be part of a growing team with a strong local presence and modern approach.
