Williams Lea Senior Workplace Experience Specialist at London (EC2M) delivers clerical support, print, reprographics, and finishing services on client sites, ensuring exceptional customer service, quality control and timely delivery. You report to the Account Manager and help manage print equipment and distribution tasks.

The role requires experience in corporate print environments, knowledge of digital print production, and strong vendor management.

Qualifications

• Experience in a corporate print room or reprographics environment.
• Knowledge of digital print production processes.
• Excellent customer service and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work accurately under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Experience with high-volume production print equipment (Canon) is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for print-related requests.
• Advise stakeholders on print specifications, papers, finishes, and production options.
• Manage urgent and complex print projects.
• Provide updates on production status and delivery timelines.
• Monitor supplier performance and manage print procurement.
• Coordinate large-volume print jobs and outsourced production.
• Maintain print budgets and cost reports.
