Job summary

Atom Learning is seeking a Print Operations Manager to own end-to-end print operations for admissions and progress assessments. You’ll plan print runs, manage suppliers, ensure secure storage and timely delivery to schools, and uphold confidentiality across sensitive materials.

You'll collaborate with product and engineering to improve paper features and build robust contingency plans, while maintaining high accuracy and customer-focused service in a fast-growing EdTech environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in process-heavy roles with attention to detail.
• Ability to work autonomously with strong judgement.
• Experience owning end-to-end processes and managing suppliers.
• Excellent handling of confidential material with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Manage the paper exam process end to end, from creation to delivery.
• Plan printing and delivery schedules to meet deadlines.
• Liaise with suppliers, couriers and building management.
• Develop contingency and risk mitigation plans.
• Oversee paper security and protect confidential material.
• Collaborate with product/engineering to improve paper features.
