Job summary

EDExams, part of EDClass, is seeking an Operations and Examinations Manager at our Dinnington, Sheffield HQ. The role covers end-to-end examination lifecycle, compliance with JCQ and awarding bodies, and overseeing a brand-new platform for remote testing.

You will lead proctoring, client consultations, and platform deployment as we scale our client-facing operations, ensuring secure, efficient, and robust assessment delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience with regulatory compliance for examinations is preferred.
• Strong client-facing project management and coordination skills are required.
• Ability to lead and supervise online proctoring and exam delivery processes.

Responsibilities

• Hold single-point operational accountability for the end-to-end examination lifecycle across client accounts.
• Oversee handover from instructional cohorts to live assessment environments and finalise qualification cycles.
• Consult with clients to capture assessment specifications and access arrangement requirements and configure sessions on the platform.
• Manage client SLAs, contracts, and drive adoption of self-service management tools for clients.
