Atom Learning Ltd. is seeking a Print Operations Manager to lead end-to-end print operations for admissions and progress assessments. You will plan print runs, coordinate deliveries, manage suppliers and safeguard sensitive materials critical to schools’ admissions processes.

This on-site role in London requires meticulous attention to detail and strong supplier management, with future potential relocation to Berkshire/Buckinghamshire warehouses as operations grow.

Qualifications

• Process-driven and detail-oriented work style.
• Ability to work autonomously with minimal guidance.
• Experience owning a process end-to-end and managing suppliers.

Responsabilités

• Manage the paper exam process end to end—papers created, printed and shipped on time and correctly.
• Plan the printing and delivery schedule to meet each customer’s deadlines.
• Liaise with consumables suppliers, couriers and building management to keep operations running smoothly.
• Build contingency and risk mitigation plans for missed deliveries, printer faults, and supplier delays.
• Oversee paper security to prevent unauthorised access.
• Liaise with customers to understand requirements and deliver within service framework.
• Oversee QC/QA processes for printing, storage and delivery.
• Collaborate with product and engineering to improve paper features on the platform.
