Job summary

EDExams is seeking an Operations and Examinations Manager to oversee the end-to-end examination lifecycle, including online proctoring, platform administration, and client coordination. The role is based in the UK with a focus on JCQ compliance and awarding body criteria.

You will lead a team to ensure secure, accurate, and timely assessment delivery while aligning with Functional Skills and GCSE frameworks.

Qualifications

• Experience in coordinating examinations and regulatory compliance.

• Strong stakeholder management with client-facing platforms.

Responsibilities

• Hold end-to-end accountability for the examination lifecycle across client accounts.
• Oversee platform deployment, proctoring, and candidate support on the new platform.
• Manage client SLAs, compliance reporting, and regular audits.
