Canon seeks a Field Service Specialist to act as the senior technical expert within the National Service Delivery Department, delivering advanced technical support and product leadership across Canon Professional Printing products in the UK and Ireland.

You will coordinate with regional specialists, field service engineers, partners and service management to drive continuous improvement, coach teams, and champion best practices for a best-in-class service experience.

Responsibilities

• Escalation point for complex technical issues across Canon Professional Printing portfolio.
• Lead root cause investigations to improve product reliability and service outcomes.
• Provide product leadership and technical guidance to field service engineers and partners.
• Coach, mentor and deliver specialist technical training to enhance service capability.
