Job Title: Senior Principal Consultant – SEND Education Desk

Location: Manchester City Centre

We’re on the lookout for a driven Senior Principal Consultant to take charge of our SEND desk, covering the South Manchester area. This is a warm desk with a few live clients, mapped schools, and a solid foundation already in place. The opportunity for growth is huge—and we’re looking for someone ready to make a serious impact.

You’ll be based in our high-tech, modern office in Manchester, complete with top-spec equipment, and a dynamic, supportive team culture. Whether you're looking to elevate your career, explore a new environment, or join a company where your ideas truly matter—this could be the perfect move.

What You'll Be Doing

• Managing and growing a warm SEND education desk with some existing partner schools

• Building and nurturing strong, long-lasting relationships with schools and specialist staff

• Working with a mapped territory and well-supported CRM/database

• Leveraging our standout branding and creative marketing team to drive engagement

• Staying on top of all compliance and safeguarding regulations

• Managing the full 360 recruitment process from start to finish
