Recruitment Consultant / Senior Recruitment Consultant / Team Leader - Lancaster Based

We work with some of the world's biggest brands such as Deliveroo, Pepsi, and The Body Shop. We specialize in digital and ecommerce recruitment and have relationships with some of the fastest growing businesses in the UK. We are based in Lancaster and work in a hybrid model.

We are currently recruiting for recruitment consultants to join our team at all levels, including Senior Consultant and Team Leader. You will cold call clients to secure business and develop these relationships over time. Responsibilities include:

  1. Scheduling meetings over video and in person.
  2. Sourcing candidates using strong searching techniques across various platforms for the digital sector.
  3. Qualifying candidates through effective questioning techniques.
  4. Matching candidates and clients appropriately by understanding their needs.
  5. Negotiating, influencing, and persuading to achieve the best outcomes.
  6. Writing compelling sales copy and understanding the basics of content marketing.

To be considered, we are ideally looking for candidates with previous experience in recruitment or sales. However, if you have a strong desire to work in recruitment without prior experience, we will still consider your application. Full training with one of the industry's best trainers will be provided upon starting.

The business has no thresholds and offers an uncapped commission scheme. You will receive a company phone and laptop, and we also have quarterly afternoons and evenings off in top restaurants for hitting targets. Additionally, we work two days from home per week.
