We are looking for competitive, commercially minded Senior / Principal / Executive Recruitment Consultants to join our ambitious & dynamic team in London (near Aldgate tube station).

Role / What’s Required?
  • Proven success in billing within a 360 Recruitment role (any market)
  • Experience negotiating margins and ROI on day rates for contract/temp roles
  • Ability to manage and develop client and candidate databases
  • Skills in generating and converting new business leads
  • Delivering end-to-end recruitment services
  • Sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates
  • Negotiating salary packages, onboarding, and conducting post-placement reviews
  • Providing CV, interview, and career advice as needed
  • Participating in industry events to promote the TRG brand
  • Mentoring or managing staff to develop future talent
