Job summary

Stantec seeks a Senior Principal Electrical Engineer to join its Water team across Derby, Birmingham or Redditch. You will provide technical leadership across large water and wastewater projects, guiding feasibility through to commissioning and shaping the electrical design strategy.

You will mentor engineers, influence project teams and foster client relationships while delivering sustainable, compliant solutions that meet regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

Degree in Electrical Engineering and professional registration progress.
Significant experience delivering electrical/EICA solutions for complex infrastructure.
Proven ability to lead technical delivery across multidisciplinary design projects.
Excellent communication skills to influence clients and project teams.

Responsibilities

Lead complex electrical and EICA design across water and wastewater projects.
Provide technical governance from feasibility to commissioning.
Mentor and develop engineers within the Midlands teams.
Collaborate with Project Managers, clients and supply chain partners.
