Job summary

OneTrust is seeking a Senior Principal Solutions Engineer to lead the technical execution for AI Governance solutions across Europe, LATAM, APAC and the Middle East. You will bridge Product and Sales, validate technical fit, and win opportunities for enterprise customers.

You will advise on integrations, lead demonstrations, design options, and coordinate with R&D and partner teams. A BS/BA plus 12+ years’ experience with cloud software is required, with travel expected.

Qualifications

BA/BS in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent.
12+ years of relevant experience in technology/enterprise software.
Experience selling, configuring and delivering software demonstrations.
Knowledge of APIs.
Experience implementing software products or solutions for enterprise clients.
Basic knowledge of web apps, SaaS architectures and cloud computing.
Ability to build relationships across R&D, marketing, sales and engineering.
Strong entrepreneurial skills; willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

Serve as technical expert on major sales opportunities, including proposals, RFPs and POCs to demonstrate integration capabilities.
Lead technical deep dives to architect integrations and advise on best practices.
Support Sales with client meetings, presentations and custom integration design options.
Coordinate with R&D and partner integrations to stay aligned with capabilities and direction.
Assist Sales and Marketing in producing high-quality sales proposals and assets.
Maintain all sales cycle activities in Salesforce CRM.
