Job summary

Stott & May Professional Search Limited is seeking a Senior AI Solution Architect to lead enterprise GenAI design with a focus on AI trust, risk and scalable architecture. You will define patterns and work with security, data and engineering teams to embed AI into operations and customer workflows.

This hybrid role in London requires hands-on experience with AI governance, RAG, LLMs, and agentic automation, plus strong stakeholder engagement across disciplines.

Qualifications

• Enterprise solution architecture background across cloud, data, integration, and applications.
• Experience designing AI-powered systems (assistants, search, summarisation, automation).
• Knowledge of AI governance and risk frameworks (ISO/IEC 42001, NIST AI RMF, EU AI Act).
• Hands-on experience with GenAI patterns (RAG, agents, orchestration).
• Experience with cloud-native AI and data platforms (managed LLMs, ML services, search, analytics).
• Strong stakeholder engagement across engineering, security, data, and business teams.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve enterprise GenAI and AI architecture patterns.
• Lead design of AI Trust & Controls covering data, prompt, application, and security risks.
• Architect solutions using LLMs, RAG, GenAI, and agentic automation.
• Guide delivery teams and develop reference architectures and pilots.
• Enable LLMOps / AgenticOps (observability, evaluation, governance, lifecycle management).
• Support integration across data platforms, APIs, event driven and messaging systems.
• Collaborate with security and governance teams to align with regulatory and policy frameworks.
