Job summary

OneTrust is seeking a Principal Consultant – Solution Lead to drive design and delivery of complex SaaS implementations. You will act as a trusted advisor across customer engagements, guiding cross-functional teams to ensure delivery integrity and maximum value from the platform.

You will work with Delivery Managers, Project Managers, and CX teams to align deliveries with outcomes, industry best practices, and long‑term customer value, while mentoring emerging consultants and influencing

Qualifications

• BA/BSc in Business, Engineering or related subject.
• 8+ years' experience in client-facing Professional Services role in a SaaS environment.
• Proven track record of successful delivery of enterprise IT projects as an individual contributor or team lead.
• Proven ability to engage across professional services, product management, and other functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead solution design and architecture for complex OneTrust implementations, ensuring alignment with customer outcomes and best practices.
• Act as the solution authority across engagements, guiding cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality delivery.
• Build trusted relationships with strategic customers and mentor junior consultants.
• Analyze customer business processes and provide strategic recommendations to optimize usage of OneTrust platform.
• Monitor and guide customer adoption to deliver long-term value and align with goals.
• Partner with Delivery Managers and Project Managers to manage risks, dependencies and escalations.
• Serve as primary escalation point for complex implementation challenges and drive resolution.
• Collaborate with CX Sales, Professional Services, and Customer Success to define scope and strategy.
