Job summary

ServiceNow is seeking a Senior Advisory Presales Solution Consultant to partner with Enterprise customers, guiding product and solution choices. You will work with Energy, Utilities & Resources accounts, engaging executives to define objectives and demonstrate the value of the ServiceNow platform.

You will lead technical and non-technical discussions, craft tailored demos, and stay current on roadmaps while collaborating with Sales and Professional Services.

Qualifications

• c. 10+ years enterprise software pre-sales or sales engineering experience.
• Experience selling to enterprises in the Energy, Utilities & Resources vertical (+5000 employees).
• Experience selling complex multi-product or cross-platform software solutions.
• Desirable: ITSM, PPM, DevOps, HRSD, GRC, Security Operations, ITOM or related technologies.
• Knowledge of Agentic and Generative AI terminology.
• Ability to pull together complex virtual and matrix teams.

Responsibilities

• Understand business and technical problems in Energy, Utilities & Resources accounts.
• Interact with C-Suite Executives.
• Interview customers to uncover architecture and needs.
• Partner with sales and strategy planning teams.
• Lead technical and non-technical discussions to define objectives and value.
• Sell the value of the solution, not just features and functions.
• Demonstrate product and help design solutions for customers.
