What You’ll Do
We are seeking a Senior PreSales Consultant for Provenir, a leader in risk-decisioning platforms, to support our customer-facing teams in EMEA. The ideal candidate will serve as both a business thought leader and a technical expert, helping to identify customer challenges and deliver solutions that demonstrate the value of Provenir’s platform.
This role involves working closely with internal teams and external clients across the sales cycle—from discovery and presentations to RFP responses and solution design. The Senior PreSales Consultant will play a key part in aligning customer needs with Provenir’s product offerings and ensuring seamless transitions to the delivery teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct customer discovery to identify pain points and business challenges.
• Create compelling demos, presentations, and storytelling to communicate solution value.
• Support the sales cycle with workshops, Q&A sessions, and technical content for RFPs.
• Collaborate internally with sales, product, and professional services to ensure smooth project handovers and continuous feedback.
• Travel within EMEA as needed to meet customers and participate in sales activities.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
• 5+ years of experience in PreSales, consulting, or supporting software sales teams.
• 3+ years in the financial services industry, ideally with exposure to credit risk, AI/machine learning, fraud risk, and/or business analytics.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, or a related field.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience working on software implementation projects is a plus.
• Fluency in English is mandatory, and fluency in other languages spoken in EMEA a plus, but not required.
