Job summary

Sky is seeking a Manager of Pre-Sales Solution Consultants to lead a team of technical pre-sales specialists across connectivity, WiFi, voice, mobile, security and managed services in the UK field-based role.

You will coach, develop and align with Sales priorities, engaging senior customer stakeholders on high-value opportunities and providing technical leadership and executive-level support to drive commercial success. Travel across the UK is required in this hybrid role.

Qualifications

Proven experience leading or coaching technical pre-sales teams.
Strong understanding of B2B telecoms and managed services.

Responsibilities

Lead, coach and develop a high-performing team of Pre-Sales Solution Consultants, setting clear priorities and managing capacity to align with business strategy and high-value opportunities.
Drive technical sales excellence by overseeing discovery, solution design, documentation and customer-facing support across connectivity, WiFi, voice, mobile, security and managed services.
Act as a senior technical leader on complex, strategic opportunities, engaging with senior customer stakeholders and supporting Sales teams.
Establish and govern the Pre-Sales operating model with processes for qualification, discovery, validation, engagement, documentation and handover.
