Job summary

Sky is expanding its Mid-Market and Enterprise capability and seeks a Manager of Pre-Sales Solution Consultants to lead a team of technical pre-sales specialists and drive high-value customer solutions across connectivity, WiFi, voice, mobile, security and managed services.

You will coach, develop and align with sales priorities, engage senior stakeholders, and provide technical leadership to bids, RFIs and RFPs while shaping the Pre-Sales operating model for Sky Business.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading or coaching technical pre-sales teams.
• Strong understanding of B2B telecoms and managed services.
• Experience engaging senior customer stakeholders.
• Ability to translate customer needs into viable technical and commercial solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing Pre-Sales Solutions team.
• Oversee technical discovery, solution design, and bid responses.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering and Delivery to ensure seamless solutions.
• Establish and govern Pre-Sales operating model and pipeline reviews.
