Job summary

Sky is seeking a Manager of Pre-Sales Solution Consultants to lead a team of technical pre-sales specialists, aligning with sales priorities to deliver high-value customer solutions. This field-based, hybrid role will require coaching, technical credibility and executive-level support across complex opportunities.

You will drive discovery, design and documentation, guiding bids and ensuring commercially viable solutions while collaborating with Sales, Product and Delivery teams across the UK.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading or coaching technical pre-sales, solution consulting or sales engineering teams.
• Strong understanding of B2B telecoms and managed services.
• Experience with Salesforce or CRM/reporting tools.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing team of Pre-Sales Solution Consultants, setting clear priorities and managing capacity.
• Oversee technical discovery, solution design, documentation and customer-facing support across connectivity, WiFi, voice, mobile, security and managed services.
• Engage senior customer stakeholders, support Sales teams, and ensure high-quality bids, RFIs and RFPs.
• Establish and govern the Pre-Sales operating model with qualification, discovery, validation, engagement and handover processes.
• Partner with Sales, Product, Commercial, Engineering, Tech Ops, PMO, Delivery and partner teams to ensure seamless customer delivery.
