Job summary

Sky UK is seeking a Manager of Pre-Sales Solution Consultants to lead a team of technical pre-sales specialists, aligning with sales priorities and delivering high-value customer solutions in connectivity, WiFi, voice, mobile, security and managed services.

You will coach and develop the team, engage senior stakeholders on complex opportunities, and drive the bid process, solution designs and technical responses across Sky Business, with a hybrid working model and UK travel.

Qualifications

• Experience leading or coaching pre-sales teams or solution consultants.
• Strong knowledge of B2B telecoms and managed services.
• Proven ability to translate customer requirements into viable, commercially viable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing Pre-Sales team.
• Oversee technical discovery, solution design, and bids.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Commercial, Engineering, Ops and Delivery.
• Ensure solutions are commercially viable and aligned to customer needs.
