Wifinity was founded in 2007 to solve a problem—our armed forces were struggling with reliable connectivity. While living in barracks, often in remote locations, ordering a landline and booking an engineer just wasn't an option.
And that problem isn't exclusive to the military. Students in university accommodation, families at holiday resorts, or those in shared or retirement communities also face similar issues. Conventional home broadband often doesn't suffice.

You will support new business development and existing customer growth with Wifinity solutions, working within our sales and design team. Your role involves providing technical expertise, gathering key requirements, and aligning customer needs with Wifinity solutions to meet commercial goals. Our focus is on maintaining a design-led approach to maximize sales and performance improvements.
You are proactive, capable of understanding complex problems, and working independently to find solutions. You value quality and customer interaction, able to articulate technical solutions clearly to varied audiences.
This role involves designing solutions, selecting products, making high-level commercial recommendations, and presenting to customer stakeholders. You should have broad knowledge of security/firewall architectures, wireless solutions, ISP/MSP services, and network design principles.
You are comfortable working in a team and independently, willing to travel within the UK, and able to work remotely from home or at customer sites.
You are motivated by providing customer-focused solutions and supporting account managers as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), offering technical guidance during calls and lead generation.
