We are seeking an experienced Customer Engineer to join our dynamic team . This is a single contributor role where you will be the technical face of our company, building strong relationships with customers and presenting tailored cloud solutions ️. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical pre-sales and cloud computing, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences .

  • Serve as a trusted technical advisor to customers, addressing their queries and requirements ️
  • Collaborate with sales teams to articulate the value of our solutions and support proposals and presentations
  • Work closely with product and engineering teams to create tailored cloud solutions
  • Assist in the development and execution of go-to-market strategies with sales and marketing
  • Provide enablement programs and training for customers to ensure successful adoption
  • Maintain and enhance relationships with customers and cloud providers for alignment and satisfaction

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a technical pre-sales role
  • 2+ years of experience working with a major cloud provider
  • Strong technical expertise with a proven ability to translate business needs into cloud solutions
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage technical and non-technical audiences ️
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently, manage time, and adapt to a fast-paced environment

Day-to-Day Activities

  • Attend customer meetings to discuss and present tailored solutions
  • Respond to technical queries directly or via account managers
  • Collaborate with internal teams to produce and review technical materials
  • Participate in technical training and contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives
  • Support account managers with pre-sales activities, including proposals and technical presentations

While the role is primarily remote , some travel may be required to meet customers or attend partner events .
