Your role will involve designing managed service solutions and collaborating with various teams to ensure service offerings meet operational standards. A strong background in IT with 7–15+ years of experience is essential along with excellent proposal development skills.

Qualifications

• 7–15+ years of experience in IT, ideally within a Managed Service Provider or technology services environment.
• Proven background in pre‑sales, solution consulting, or technical advisory roles.
• Strong customer-facing and workshop facilitation skills.
