Job summary

Lincolnshire Partnership NHS Foundation Trust in Lincolnshire is seeking a Band 6 registered professional to join the multidisciplinary Health team at Lincolnshire Secure Unit. You will deliver high-standard physical and mental healthcare to young people aged 10 to 18 who may have trauma or mental health needs, coordinating access to secondary care and supporting GP clinics.

The role covers flexible working options, shift patterns between 9am and 9pm, and participation in an on-call rota.

Qualifications

• Recognised professional qualification in nursing, social work or occupational therapy.
• Post-registration training in supervision.
• Registered with a professional body.
• Evidence of continued professional development (degree level).
• Mentorship or similar qualification.

Responsibilities

• Provide early intervention, consultation and comprehensive needs assessments for children and young people.
• Act as Care Coordinator, ensuring effective care planning and coordination.
• Deliver person-centred individual and group interventions with families and professionals.
• Work across operational hours and participate in on-call duties on weekends/bank holidays.
• Adhere to childcare legislation, safeguarding and professional standards.
• Collaborate with CAMHS, Children’s Services and Youth Offending Service for coordinated care.
• Promote health and wellbeing through education and health promotion activities.
