Job summary

Lincolnshire County Council is seeking a Residential Practitioner for the Lincolnshire Secure Unit in Sleaford. This twelve-bedded Local Authority Secure Children’s Home provides care and education for young people placed via courts for Youth Justice or Welfare reasons.

The role involves mentoring children, promoting maximum potential, and delivering a trauma-informed approach to achieve the best outcomes in a secure setting.
