Lincolnshire Partnership NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Band 5 Mental Health Nurse to join an integrated health and social care team providing inpatient care for service users with serious mental illness. You will assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care in liaison with the care team and contribute to safety and well-being.

Experience in mental health, strong communication and care planning skills are essential.

Qualifications

• RMN or RNLD 1st Level Registration (NMC) or degree or equivalent.
• Evidence of specialised continued professional training in clinical practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care for inpatients with serious mental illness.
• Conduct nursing assessments and develop care plans.
• Implement and evaluate nursing interventions per the care plan.
• Liaise with the care team to ensure holistic patient care.
• Involve patients and carers in care planning and delivery with sensitivity.
