Job summary

Eden Brown Synergy seeks a Senior Practitioner to join the Family Help Team at Birmingham Children’s Trust in Birmingham. The role involves providing professional guidance, mentoring colleagues and delivering high-quality social work interventions to support children and families.

The ideal candidate will manage complex caseloads, contribute to safeguarding and statutory assessments, and work collaboratively with multi-agency partners to achieve positive outcomes.

Qualifications

• Social Work England registration is required.
• Experience in Children's Services and safeguarding legislation is essential.
• Ability to manage complex caseloads and undertake statutory assessments.
