Job summary

TPF Recruitment is supporting a well established accountancy practice in Farnborough in their search for an Accounts & Audit Manager to join their growing team. The role focuses on accounts preparation, client management and overseeing audit assignments, with autonomy to manage your portfolio.

You will develop junior staff, review accounts work, and provide high quality advice to a varied client base across sole traders, partnerships and companies in a supportive, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• ACA or ACCA qualification with UK practice experience.
• Experience reviewing statutory accounts for varied clients.
• Strong client relationship management and advisory skills.
• Experience supervising, mentoring junior staff.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of clients, delivering accounts and tax services.
• Review statutory accounts for sole traders, partnerships and companies.
• Lead audit assignments from planning to completion.
• Mentor junior team members and supervise work.
• Manage workflow, budgets and deadlines across client portfolio.
