Job summary

Future plc is seeking a Paid Search professional to manage multiple Paid Search accounts across Google and Microsoft Advertising, reporting to the Senior PPC Channel Manager.

You will develop and execute strategies to meet key performance goals, run A/B tests, analyse data, and translate insights into actionable recommendations for stakeholders, with experience across GA4, SA360, Looker Studio, and advanced spreadsheets.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Paid Search or PPC roles.
• Proven track record managing large-scale accounts.
• Experience with GA4, SA360 and Looker Studio.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute Paid Search campaigns and bidding strategies across multiple accounts.
• Guide and mentor team members to develop their technical and professional skills.
• Plan, run, and communicate rigorous A/B tests to optimise account performance.
• Translate complex performance metrics into clear, actionable recommendations for decision-making.
• Create and optimise advanced audience segments to maximise campaign efficiency.
