Future PLC is expanding its Digital Growth team in Cardiff and seeking an experienced Paid Search professional. You will own campaigns across multiple accounts, plan tests, and translate data into strategic recommendations.

Qualifications

Experience managing campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising platforms.
Strong presentation skills to communicate recommendations to stakeholders.
Ability to translate performance data into actionable business decisions.

Responsibilities

Own and execute Paid Search campaigns and bidding strategies across multiple accounts.
Guide and mentor team members to develop their skills.
Plan, run, and communicate rigorous A/B tests to optimise account performance.
Translate performance metrics into clear, actionable recommendations for business decisions.
Create and optimise audience segments to maximise campaign efficiency.
Research emerging Paid Search trends and tools.
