Job summary

The Digital Stride in Leamington Spa is seeking a PPC specialist to lead client campaigns from strategy through results. You’ll own client relationships, understand markets and margins, and be accountable for outcomes in a hybrid setup.

You will drive AI-assisted bidding, build automation, and optimise ROAS while collaborating with account teams to win new proposals and audits. Flexible hybrid schedule offered.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of hands-on PPC management, with experience on today’s AI-led platforms.
• Three years’ experience managing paid campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising, ideally agency-side.
• Track record of improving ROAS, CPA and lead quality in e-commerce and lead-gen accounts.
• Experience with Performance Max, Smart Bidding and AI-led campaign types.
• Proficiency with AI tools (e.g., Claude) and willingness to explore new tools.
• Experience with Google Ads scripts, automated rules or third-party automation tools.
• Solid understanding of conversion tracking: GA4, GTM, enhanced conversions and offline imports.
• Strong analytical skills, detail orientation, and time management across multiple accounts.
• Commercial acumen to discuss margins and pipeline with business owners and marketing directors.
• Must live within commuting distance of Leamington Spa.

Responsibilities

• Lead PPC accounts across Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising: search, Shopping, Performance Max, Demand Gen and remarketing.
• Apply the STRIDE Methodology to translate client insights into strategy.
• Steer AI-driven campaigns: set goals, structure, signals and exclusions; know when to override.
• Utilise AI tools for research, ad copy, analysis and reporting, with thorough live checks.
• Build automation: create scripts, rules, alerts and workflows to reduce repetitive tasks.
• Ensure data trust: collaborate on conversion tracking, enhanced conversions and offline imports.
• Optimize for lead quality and profit by managing budgets to beat targets.
• Produce clear reports and walkthrough videos linking spend to pipeline and revenue.
• Grow client relationships and contribute to new proposals and audits.
