SSA Digital Recruitment in Northamptonshire is seeking a PPC / Paid Search Specialist to own and shape paid search strategies across a diverse client base. You’ll move beyond bid tweaks to deliver measurable commercial impact.

If you live and breathe PPC, Google Ads and conversions, and enjoy owning campaigns from setup to reporting, this role offers genuine ownership, collaboration with a talented team, and a hybrid Northampton-based working arrangement.

Formación

• Hands-on experience with Google Ads, PPC, Paid Search and Performance Max.
• Strong focus on ROAS, CPA, CPC and conversion optimization.
• Familiar with GA4, Google Tag Manager and campaign tracking.
• Experience managing multiple campaigns and delivering results for clients.
• Agency experience is advantageous; exposure to Microsoft Ads and Shopping campaigns.
