Job summary

The Digital Stride in Leamington Spa is hiring an SEO Specialist to manage a portfolio of clients from strategy through results. You will optimize organic search, improve visibility in AI-driven results, and work with developers on technical fixes. This role is hybrid, with two days in the office and three remote.

You will use tools like Semrush, GA4 and Screaming Frog, and contribute to audits and proposals. A strong agency background and local SEO experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Three-plus years of hands-on SEO experience, ideally agency-side.
• Experience growing organic traffic, leads and revenue for lead gen/e-commerce sites.
• Knowledge of AI search and how brands are cited in AI responses.

Responsibilities

• Lead SEO for a portfolio of clients, owning strategy, delivery and results.
• Apply the STRIDE Methodology to understand each client’s business before strategy.
• Win visibility in AI search by building content and authority that earns mentions.
• Run technical audits and brief fixes to developers.
• Plan content to rank and convert, creating briefs for pages that answer user questions.
• Build links, citations, and reviews to strengthen authority.
• Use AI tools for research, briefs, analysis and reporting, with quality checks.
• Provide clear, jargon-free reports and walkthroughs to clients.
