Life Services Group in Maidenhead is seeking a PPC Executive to own our paid media across Google, Microsoft, Meta, Taboola and beyond. You’ll translate data into decisions, and work closely with senior marketing leaders, testing ideas that move the needle.

You’ll optimise campaigns, sharpen targeting with AI tools, ensure tracking accuracy, and report insights to stakeholders. This hybrid role is 3 on-site days in Maidenhead with flexible options.

Formación

• Hands-on experience running paid campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads and Meta.
• Solid grasp of PPC optimisation and ROI drivers.
• Confidence in analysing data and turning insights into next steps.
• Experience with A/B testing and experimentation.
• Curiosity about AI-powered marketing tools and how to use them well.
• Knowledge of Google Analytics, Looker Studio or similar.

Responsabilidades

• Run and optimise paid campaigns across Google, Microsoft, Meta, Taboola and other platforms.
• Dig into performance data and translate it into practical improvements that grow ROI and attract new customers.
• Research keywords and craft ad copy and creative briefs that are clear, kind and plain-speaking.
• Use AI tools to sharpen targeting, optimisation and insight.
• Maintain tracking, UTM tagging and account hygiene.
• Run A/B tests and experiments and share learnings, including what didn’t work.
• Report on performance and present findings to stakeholders in a clear, actionable way.
• Collaborate with SEO, CRM, content and web teams to align channels.
