Job Summary
You’ll be responsible for managing one of our Group Brand Accounts (Spires), focusing on assessing, auditing, structuring, and implementing PPC marketing campaigns aimed at growth. This includes setting up and optimising new campaigns, liaising with key stakeholders, collaborating with our current PPC Specialist, and preparing detailed progress and performance reports regularly.
We seek a data-driven marketing professional with a proven track record in devising and executing successful lead generation campaigns across various digital channels. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator, proactive, results-oriented, versatile, and has significant experience in delivering effective PPC campaigns.
Key responsibilities:
- Plan, optimise, create, and execute multiple paid media campaigns daily for our group brands, including Google Ads, Bing Ads, remarketing, and display ads, to generate quality leads and increase conversions in line with company KPIs and growth targets.
- Improve click-through rates (CTR), quality scores, conversions, and conversion rates while reducing cost-per-click (CPC).
- Monitor and manage keyword bids, budgets, impression share, and account metrics.
- Analyze channel and campaign performance regularly and optimise strategies for continued growth.
- Conduct keyword research and identify optimisation opportunities.
- Generate weekly and monthly performance reports, tracking key metrics and revenue, and communicate findings to internal teams in meetings.
- Build business cases based on data to improve efficiency and acquire new customers.
- Contribute to achieving targets for acquisition, revenue, ROAS, and customer LTV in key markets.
- Establish and improve processes and workflows for campaign management.
- Communicate search strategies, optimisation techniques, and results effectively to stakeholders.
- Analyze data to identify trends, optimise spending, and adjust campaigns for maximum ROI.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance campaign performance.
- Create new paid search campaigns, ad groups, and accounts, and participate in new marketing initiatives.
- Monitor and update web analytics tools, dashboards, and reports, highlighting important areas.
- Propose and conduct A/B, split, and multivariate testing across accounts.
- Foster strong relationships with departments, managers, and third-party platform providers.
- Stay updated on PPC industry trends and implement new strategies as needed.
Qualifications/Skills:
- Minimum of 8 years PPC/Paid Media experience in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency with advanced Google Ads features, including performance max, smart bidding, automation, audiences, display, and data-driven attribution.
- Advanced knowledge of Google Analytics 4, including setting up key events, custom reports, and custom dimensions.
- Ability to perform comprehensive conversion rate analysis and ROI reporting for PPC accounts.
- Strong organisational skills and a proven ability to execute successful PPC strategies.
- Working knowledge of Google Tag Manager and experience managing large-scale, high-turnover accounts and budgets.
- Demonstrated success in improving PPC performance and achieving tangible business results.
- Excellent managerial skills and ability to analyze data for strategic optimisation.
- Proficiency in Excel and basic computer skills (Outlook, Word).
- Ability to prioritise, multitask, and manage projects effectively.
- Strong teamwork, problem-solving skills, and a professional attitude.
