Modo25 is hiring a Senior Performance Marketing Manager (PPC) in Leeds. You will develop, implement, and scale PPC strategies across Google and Microsoft Ads in a hybrid role with weekly visits to the Leeds HQ.

The role requires 5+ years PPC experience, a track record of scaling budgets and improving ROAS, and strong analytical skills. You will lead a team, collaborate across Paid Media, and report on key metrics like CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS.

Qualifications

• 5+ years PPC experience.
• Experience with Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising.
• Proven track record of scaling large budgets while improving ROAS or reducing CPA.
• Experience with paid social is desirable.
• Strong analytical, data-driven approach to problem-solving.
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Develop and scale PPC strategies across Google and Microsoft Ads.
• Manage day-to-day bid strategies, audience targeting, keyword research, and feed/shopping.
• Budget and revenue tracking of campaigns.
• Mentor junior team members and collaborate with the Paid Media team.
• Contribute to PPC and digital strategy with new ideas.
• Report on campaign activity (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS).
• Brief and ideate new creative ideas.
• Utilize AI to support work but not replace it.
