Job summary

Bidmark is a Leeds-based digital marketing agency seeking a Paid Media Manager with 5+ years of experience to own client paid media accounts. The role focuses on Google PPC and Paid Social campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, and more.

You will lead strategy, optimize campaigns, present results to clients, and collaborate with the creative team on ad copy and landing pages. The position requires three days in the central Leeds office and offers a salary up to £40k plus a performance bonus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of paid media experience.
• Proven agency experience managing multiple accounts.
• Hands-on knowledge of paid media platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead Paid Search strategy & management (PMax, Shopping, Display, Bing).
• Build, run and scale Paid Social campaigns (Meta & LinkedIn).
• Present performance and strategic recommendations to clients.
• Perform deep-dive account audits to unlock growth and maximise ROAS.
• Collaborate with our creative team on ad copy and landing page optimisation.
