Reactive Recruitment is seeking a PPC Executive to join their digital marketing team in Leeds on a hybrid basis. You will manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads and Microsoft Advertising for a portfolio of smaller accounts, optimising performance and bidding.

The role offers a starting salary of £28,000–£30,000 with office presence part of the week and remote work otherwise. You will work with the PPC Manager, contribute ideas for workflows, and help grow the PPC department in a busy

Competenze

1–3 years' PPC experience; agency experience preferred.
Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads and Microsoft Advertising.
Experience with GA4 and Google Tag Manager.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Able to work independently and manage multiple client accounts.

Mansioni

Manage and optimise PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads and Microsoft Advertising.
Handle a portfolio of lower-budget accounts with day-to-day activity.
Monitor budgets, spend and conversion trends; adjust bids and strategies.
Build/refine keyword lists, ad copy, audiences and campaign structures.
Support tracking setups using GA4, GTM and other tools.
Collaborate with account managers to ensure smooth onboarding and client experience.
Contribute ideas to improve PPC workflows and reporting.
